Tatiana Londono is the Founder & CEO of Londono Realty Group Inc, one of the largest residential brokerage firms in Montreal, with more than 100 agents and 3 offices located in Montreal, the West Island and through a joint alliance in Miami, Florida. In 2008, her bright smile and blond curls caught the eye of a television production company who offered her an opportunity to be the star of her own show “The Property Shop” on the popular HGTV network. The show was an instant hit which led to three complete seasons and continues to air today while also being syndicated around the world. As a result of her TV popularity, Tatiana has been able to attract a vast international clientele. Specializing in residential properties, Tatiana and her dynamic team offer a professional buying and selling experience throughout the greater Montreal area. In 2014 Tatiana launched Real Estate High Rollers – a coaching business for other real estate brokers. Whether just getting started in the industry or an experienced professional trying to take their business to the next level, Tatiana and her team have developed a detailed, step-by-step intensive program to help brokers achieve their goals. Outside of her success in the professional world, Tatiana has taken a leadership role in numerous philanthropic causes and non-profit organizations. She established the Tatiana Londono Gratitude Bursary giving opportunities to young women from single family homes to attend Marianopolis College and is also on the board of Bouclier d’Athena – a shelter for abused woman and mothers. She has also taken great pride in helping send underprivileged children to sleepaway camp in the summer months, as well as being active in other community organizations. Tatiana is a mother, an entrepreneur and a born leader. With her drive, down-to-earth business sense, impressive sales skills and natural street smarts, she is a true role model to others. ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Jennifer is Peter’s Administrative and Client Coordinator. If you know Peter personally or follow him on social media, you may recognize Jennifer as she is Peter’s wife. Before officially taking on this professional role, Jennifer was always very involved in the administrative and client aspect of Peter’s business. With years of experience in the management, more specifically investing in and managing a property holding company with multi-residential units, Jennifer has a very good knowledge of how the real estate world works. Prior to working with Peter, Jennifer had years of experience in office management at McGill Research Institute and Data collection/ Customer service.
Her professionalism and previous work experience give Peter complete confidence in knowing that Jennifer will continue to help him run things smoothly. Jenn’s main task within the group is to assist us in making our client experience as extraordinary as possible and to make sure that your property is marketed in the most effective way. She is dedicated and driven to ensure that we collectively focus on exceeding our client’s expectations from start to finish, as your satisfaction is always our top priority.
She is constantly working hard by staying up to date on Peter’s client database and the current real estate market. Jennifer is a pivotal member of the staff, is extremely organized, efficient and is a reliable source to contact to handle any of your questions or concerns.
SARA I. – LONDONO GROUP
Sara I. is an Administrative Assistant to Peter Rawski and the Londono Group but is no stranger to the world of Real Estate. Sara spent her previous years in an administrative position here at Londono Group where she assisted and supported the entire office from the front desk. It is here that she mastered her proficiencies and extensively grew her knowledge of the industry. As a long standing member of the Londono team, Sara personally knows the value of customer service and is passionate about helping our team continue to provide the very best for our clients.
Sara provides additional support to Peter which allows him to directly assist his clients through the entire buying or selling process. With years of experience in this position, Sara helps the Londono team oversee all the behind the scenes details. All client files are carefully reviewed by Peter, as well as Sara, making sure that no details go unnoticed.
Aside from being professionally well versed with our local area, Sara is a true team player and her attention to detail, organizational skills and abilities within this role are just wonderful accompaniments to her outstanding personality.
