For example, a seller’s market, like the one we’re  experiencing now, doesn’t need as much of a marketing budget as it would  in a buyers market, because the strength of the interest is already  there.

The other major factor in determining a marketing budget would be the  amount of urgency to sell the property. Obviously, the higher the  urgency the higher the budget. …”
